The Maze Lean To Wall Pergola is made with 100% weather resistant materials, perfectly suitable for long term use. The high quality aluminium is UV protected making it resistant to fading and protects you and your family from harmful UV rays. The Maze Lean To Wall Pergola allows you to enjoy your outdoor space whatever the British weather has to offer. There is no need to open the louvres to drain any excess rainwater as it incorporates an intelligent built-in drainage system which allows the water to drain down the inside of the legs directly to an outlet which drains the water into the ground.
In addition to this, there are remote-controlled LED mood lighting strips around the perimeter of the gutter system. The LED strips can be multicoloured or white only and are easily adjusted with a remote control. You can also set the lights to automatically change the colour periodically or keep it one colour. The lights are dimmable to your desired brightness.
PLEASE NOTE - Unfortunately the Maze Lean To Wall Pergola is excluded from our build/installation service. Also If you would like to add additional privacy you can only fit one 4m Como Privacy Drop Screen along the front face side. This is because the lean too pergola has a slight sloping angle from back to front and the blind will be work correctly.

Can the 4m length go either way? We need it so that the width attached to the house is 3m and the section going out from the lean to, is 4m.

Hi Shirley, the price at the moment for a 3m blind is £315.00 each and the 4m blind is £405.00 at the moment.

Hi, can you still install sides on the lean to between the post and house? As in, could we have one parallel to the house and one perpendicular? I notice the sides are not listed on this page like the free standing one?

For this particular model the blinds can only be fixed to the side opposite the house. This is because the sides which fix to the house are sloped so the screen’s won’t fit.

Hi, are the louvres waterproof when closed? And is, or can the side connected to the house be sealed to stop water ingress between pergola and the house wall?

Hi Ben,
The louvres will keep you dry in most weathers, as with your house guttering though, in an extreme downpour they won't be waterproof. As for sealing against the house, this can easily be done along the end of the pergola and the brickwork by adding a simple flashing.
