This is where we have the items you want stored safely in our warehouses and ready to deliver.  We indicate the number of days it could take because these item are potentially sent in very large and often multiple boxes. It can take a little time to get them out, put your order together and process your delivery onto a suitable route for the courier.

However.... stock can run out fast at times so keep an eye out for the 'Going Fast' badge.  This is genuine and means we really are running out of stock.

Pre-Order:

Pre-order products are either brand new for the coming season, or items that we have run out of, but more are due to arrive at our warehouses.  The pre-order dates show the next available delivery date for individual items whilst they are still in transit to us. Many of our products are hand crafted in different parts of the world and shipped to us by sea, so we calculate the pre-order dates using many complex factors to make sure we state accurate dates!

Stock is allocated to orders as they come in so the advertised dates might change over time. If you’ve found the set you love, we’d encourage you to place an order at the time, so that you don't miss out; we can assure you it'll be worth the wait!

These are products we have sold out of and not had confirmation for when the next batch is on its way. You can register for a notification to be sent to you the moment they are sailing so you can be first in line to pre-order your favourite items.
